I have used it on two kayaks (a single and a double). It is remarkably
durable stuff (my single is 5 years old and the double is 4 years old)
that yellows with age and is attractive. I have runs on these boats
(apparent to me because I know where they are, even though the runs are
below the water line)that resulted from lack of patience more than lack
of skill or difficulty in application. You need to stay with them,
continuing to work the goop, until the viscosity exceeds the tendancy to
run. In my case, I walked away a few minutes too soon and returned to a
few runs. You need to "baby sit" the boat, as Corey says, until it is
set. Good luck. Bill

Yeah, I've noticed some runs on boats covered in Corey's goop built by
folks far more experienced than me. I'm in the process of repairing my
boat, prior to reskinning it, and the oil-based pu I used before did a
really poor job of sticking to the skin and got brittle in only a year
of use, so I'll probably cough up for Corey's mix and a decent filter
mask.

I'd still like to hear from somebody who's actually used the stuff,
especially about how it is to use for the first time.
