Nicely done. Any thoughts about crossing an inflatable and a folder, using
tubular chines, keel and stems for rigidity and perhaps smaller inflatable
sponsons for the sides and flotation?
Give the man a Murphy's and who knows what he'll come up with!

I had a free day on Saturday sandwiched between Nordic skiing and
snowshoeing so I did what anyone in that situation would do...I built an
inflatable !
The "Quickie" inflatable took 9 hours to construct using 18oz PVC, Vinyl
Cement, a little plywood, and a few pints of Murphy's for inspiration.
Though I've used glued seams on many folding skins, this is my first glued
skin that are under pressure....and it seems fine. That HH-66 vinyl cement
is some pretty impressive stuff.
Below are several pages of pics and construction info . I'm thinking of
adding a "rubber duckie" figurehead at the bow. ha!
