Here are some pictures of my PakYak's first time in the water (my wife and I). It is still not quite complete but I couldn't help trying it out. I was very interested to see how it handled.

It seems to me that it needs a bit more directional stability. I may have too much rocker in my frame. I'm planing to add a velcro-on skeg to see if that will help.

The vinyl skin has been a challenge. I've had to do a good bit of experimenting and have had to deal with the subsequent learning curve.

One advantage is that I have used only glue (except for the zipper) to put it together and that makes it easier to change things. I still consider it a work in progress and will let you know how it goes. In the meantime, I am looking forward to spending some more time in the water.
