Patent No. 2,388,478

Paul E. Garber was issued a patent for the "Target Kite" on November 6, 1945. By visiting the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office website (click on icon to visit) and performing a Patent Number Search for Patent No. 2,388,478 I was able to obtain the images of the original application.
