in pairs, one for "Adjustment", one for "Assembly".
Tail Printing
At some point late in the development process plans were apparently underway to print
instructions on the rudders of the kites themselves. Here is an extract from one of Paul
Garber's wartime memos:
Assembly and adjustment instructions were to have been printed on the sides
of the fin, so as to be readily available to the user,
regardless of whether he had access to the Manual.
