Actually, Wolfgang Brinck's book *will* be found at your local B Daltons
in a few weeks--he sold it to Ragged Mtn. Press, division of Tab Books, a
division of McGraw-Hill, who will be distributing it far and wide. Due in
April (that's tomorrow). With a particularly well-written foreword, of
course...
