I too corresponded with Peter Carter and he recommended a couple of foot
operated manual pumps. Both were low volume pumps, in keeping with his
very low volume cockpits. I've since found a foot operated, 10 to 15 GPM
pump made by the Bosworth Company, 930 Waterman Ave., East Providence, RI,
02914, 1-800-377-2724 or 401-438-1110.
I had ordered a lever operated pump from West Marine and found out about
the foot version in the info that came with it. I called Bosworth and they
offered to exchange mine. When it gets here I'll let you know how it works
out.
