What I found most interesting is the technique for attaching the
stringers together, which what I needed to know before I take appart
my current frame and make the boat into a foldable.

It is a lot better to build the entire frame outside and then insert it
in the skin from one end. The method of building the two sides and
tightening at the center, which is the most common in commercial folding
kayaks, has more problems than building the whole frame at once.

So, in my case, I was not interested in the kayak itself, but in how it
is made.
