yes my boat i have just finshed is screwed together rather than lashed now
the reason that its not lashed is that it just didnt occurr to me to do it
that way . the boat does have some flex to it but if i want to alter some
parameter by relocating a frame or two to change the trim of the boat or the
shape near the end it would require a total rebuild where with lashing it
would be possible {if you used space frames instead of ribs} to totally
alter the boats basic shape just by moving a frame or two and then
tensioning the skin again .. hope this helps
