Subject: baidarka R: snipping - help needed

I am only now aware that thia happens invariably while using >Outloiok
express, not then a will but just an automatism, as stupid as it may. I
regret the features of easily snipping and >quoting<that I had in Netscape
are not there anymore (or are they ??).
How can we improve this mess. Any protective automatism can stop the
archives being filled with rubbish ??
