My experience says the skin will tighten the frame considerably. I use to lay my
frame on the garage floor with the supports set at the cockpit and bounce up and
down causing the bow and stern to flex at least a couple of inches. With the skin
on it will still flex the same but it takes much more effort. Good luck... bob
